Action Alert - please sign petition!

This is about the little 10lb dog dragged behind the woman's car in campbell county. Even if you aren't in the East TN area, please still sign as we need support. I'm going to try to get information about the judge's phone number so we can call and let them know how we feel. The next court appearance is Febraury 20, 2007 (see recent article here).
